Jema Autoliftes piston lift JA3500F is installed below ground which means that the platforms are the only thing above ground.
Drive the car above the lifting platforms and make sure the car is placed correctly, place the rubber blocks on the cars lifting items and then press the "UP" button. When the car is lifted to the correct height can repair get started.
